Remove the indicator cover
Adjust the length of connecting rod to gate valves as per the length the gate valves being buried
and release the excesive part
Connect the indicator post and gate valve which is in the closed position
Adjust the indicator to the position of "SHUT"
Tighten the bolts between the flange of the indictor post and post flange of gate valves
Install the indicator cover
